Our
client acquired an empty shell in London as an investment
property.
The brief was to convert this sizable empty space into
a desirable modern apartment for immediate resale.

We
fully styled and decorated the apartment as shown and
it was sold to the first client to view it for £1.6million.

Drawings & Photographs
The
use of lacquered ebony introduced a dramatic accent
and the 60ft living area was arranged to give activity
areas that were comfortable, practical and visually
attractive.
The
columns placed strategically in the living area were
carried through as feature into the family bathroom.
